All sales are considered final once they have been executed through your user panel and payment has been successfully processed. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted after a transaction is completed.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide for any purchase or transaction. Any losses or issues arising from incorrect details, such as wrong mobile numbers, DTH account numbers, or recharge information, are your responsibility. Please review your entries carefully before confirming any order.

Transaction Responsibility

You are responsible for all charges resulting from transactions initiated by you. If a payment has been deducted from your account but the recharge or service is not delivered within 24 hours, you should contact customer support immediately at +91 84010 72203 or raise a support ticket through your user panel.

Refund Process

Upon verification, if the transaction is confirmed as failed and payment was successfully received, the refund will be processed within seven (7) working days. All refunds are credited to your registered Virtual Wallet account only.

Third-Party Services

Certain services may involve third-party providers. Refunds for such services will be processed according to the third party’s terms and refund policy. Timelines may vary depending on the respective service provider.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Executed IT or digital services cannot be reversed once delivered.
  • Virtual wallet balances are non-refundable and can only be used for future transactions within your panel.
  • No interest is payable on wallet balances.

Price Variations

Service prices may change without prior notice due to third-party adjustments or market fluctuations. Orders executed after a price change are subject to the updated rate.

Cancellation Terms

If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase and the order has not yet been processed, the order may be cancelled and the amount refunded within 10–15 business days. Once the order is processed, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued if payment has been successfully credited to your wallet but the associated service was not delivered. Refunds are made only to your virtual wallet.
